The charitable and educational purpose of the Corporation is to teach the game of basketball, to youth residing in or near the Town of New Scotland, New York; to stimulate interest of the public in the sport of basketball; to promote good sportsmanship; to foster amateur sports and competition; and to operate a youth basketball program to help in developing the character of youth residing in or near the Town of New Scotland, New York.
